Small American flag attached to a white flagpole sits in a round, blue, wooden stand. The flag is in a brown wooden case with a clear plastic cover. On the base of the case is a paper label behind plastic that reads "THIS FLAG BELONGED TO PRESIDENT WARREN G. HARDING. IT WAS USED BY HIM AS A SIGNAL DURING HIS PRESIDENTIAL CAMPAIGN. AFTERWARDS BROUGHT BY HIM TO THE WHITE HOUSE AND PLACED ON HIS DESK. / PRESENTED TO WARREN G. HARDING CHAPTER, NO. 31 O.E.S. BY SISTER ELIZABETH G. SUYDAM."
